Articulating and measuring program success can be tricky. In this three hour workshop, we’ll discuss what makes an outcome weak vs. strong, the process for identifying the outcomes that tell your story and facilitate learning, and how to write specific and measurable outcomes. We all measure outcomes for multiple audiences – our Boards, funders, managers – so we’ll also discuss strategies for writing outcomes that satisfy all your audiences and facilitate your learning without over-burdening your staff and volunteers.
This workshop will expand on concepts introduced in the Foundation’s trainings this past October on Logic Models and Evaluation Plans and is intended for staff and volunteers who are responsible for program design, management, or evaluation/learning in organizations that are currently funded by Lutheran Foundation.
Free parking and light snacks will be provided. Pre-registration is required. Please register each person separately. Due to room size limitations, we ask that no more than two people per organization attend the workshop.
