TOPIC: Navigating Race and Culture as a Volunteer Manager
Join Send Me St. Louis for the final CVMN Meeting of 2020. We will host Hannah Shanks, MSW, for a training designed to help volunteer managers identify, address, and engage issues of race and culture within their church/organization, volunteers, and those they serve.
Hannah Shanks, MSW is a social worker, diversity trainer and educator from St. Louis. Hannah has worked at Send Me St. Louis, as a social work professor, and is currently employed as a consultant and trainer for institutions around the region including Diversity Awareness Partnership, St. Louis Children’s Hospital, and the Missouri Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.
