11:00am - 1:00pm
Location
Center of Clayton
Description:
This interactive training invites ministry and nonprofit leaders to surface real challenges and discover practical solutions related to volunteer management. Instead of a traditional workshop, we will use Open Space Technology, a highly participatory format that empowers attendees to determine the agenda, shape the conversations, and learn from one another.
Centered on the theme “Volunteer Management: Pain Points and Opportunities,” participants will identify the topics that matter most to them, organize breakout conversations around those themes, and engage in collaborative problem-solving. Whether dealing with recruitment, retention, training, burnout, communication, or systems, each participant will leave with insights, ideas, and next steps tailored to their context.
This is a space for honest dialogue, shared wisdom, and practical takeaways you can implement right away.
