Let’s be honest—when it comes to volunteer management, not everything goes as planned. Emails go unanswered. Sign-ups fall through. That “great idea” doesn’t quite land the way you hoped. We’ve all been there.

Fail Fest is a chance to laugh a little, breathe a little, and share the real stories behind those moments.

This training invites ministry leaders and nonprofit practitioners to come together in a relaxed, encouraging space to swap stories of things that didn’t quite work—and what we learned along the way. With a mix of humor, honesty, and reflection, we’ll explore the ups and downs of leading volunteers and be reminded that missteps are often part of the journey.

Together, we will:
